Abuse Reporting Procedures
All abuse reports must be submitted through our ticketing system.
We assess whether the complaint directly pertains to the use of our services. For instance, as we do not provide website hosting, we are not responsible for storing or distributing any allegedly infringing content, sending out spam emails, etc.
The only type of content for which we make an exception to the policies above is in relation to child pornography or the unethcial use of minors in any way. We will consider reports concerning this type of content immediately.
It's important to note that we do not serve as a shortcut around due process. We do not arbitrate trademark, copyright, or intellectual property disputes. Established processes exist for resolving such disputes, and we are not to be used as a bypass for these procedures. Additionally, we are not a law enforcement investigative body; we are a domain registrar. Determining the legality of content falls within the jurisdiction of the legal process in the relevant jurisdictions. Please refrain from contacting us with the intention of circumventing legal processes.
As a domain registrar, we do not render decisions on legal matters unless directed to do so by a court or similar agency with appropriate jurisdiction, or upon indisputable evidence of a violation of our terms.
